Miami cleaning prices
House cleaning prices in Miami.
Palmera prices residential cleaning primarily by home size and service level, then adjusts for bathrooms, frequency and optional add-ons. The goal is to show a useful estimate before you book instead of hiding the price behind a phone call.
How pricing works
What changes the cost of a house cleaning in Miami?
Square footage is the starting point because it usually reflects how much floor area, surface area and room-to-room travel the team must cover. From there, the service level matters: a recurring Maintenance Clean is designed for a home that is already under control, while a Reset or deep clean includes more detailed work around edges, baseboards, doors, frames, reachable vents and buildup.
Bathrooms can add labor because they are detail-heavy spaces. Frequency also affects the expected workload. A home cleaned weekly usually has less accumulation between visits than the same home cleaned every four weeks or as a one-time appointment. Optional extras such as oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, additional interior windows and linen changes are separated so you only add them when you actually want them handled. Reset and Move-In / Move-Out service include up to four reachable interior window panes; additional panes are $10 each.
Recurring cleaning rates
Palmera's every-two-week Maintenance Clean is the recurring pricing anchor. Weekly service is priced slightly lower per visit because there is less time for normal buildup to accumulate. Every-four-week and one-time Maintenance visits are higher because the team is returning after a longer interval.
For recurring clients, the selected weekday and arrival window become the ongoing schedule. Palmera returns on that same cadence until you request a change or cancellation. If you are deciding between weekly, every two weeks and every four weeks, see our Miami recurring cleaning guide.
Deep cleaning and move cleaning cost more because the scope is different
A deeper clean is not simply a longer version of routine cleaning. The Reset scope adds more detailed work that is not emphasized during normal maintenance. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for vacant or nearly vacant properties and adds access to empty cabinets, drawers, closets and exposed floor edges.
Homes of 4,000 square feet or more are quoted individually because staffing, timing, bathrooms and property layout can vary too much for a useful fixed starting price.
How to get the most accurate online estimate
- Choose the service that matches the current condition of the home.
- Select the correct square-footage range and bathroom count.
- Choose the recurring frequency you actually expect to keep.
- Flag unusual conditions such as heavy buildup or post-construction dust.
- Add specialty items only when you want them included in that visit.

Pricing questions
Is the online price the final price?
For normal residential conditions, the estimate is built from the information you provide. If the property has an unusual condition that materially changes the scope, Palmera confirms any change before additional chargeable work begins.
Why do you use square footage instead of bedroom count?
Bedroom count can be misleading. Two three-bedroom homes can differ by more than a thousand square feet. Square footage provides a more consistent starting point, while bathrooms, frequency and service level account for common labor differences.
Do recurring clients keep the same day and time?
Yes. Weekly, every-two-week and every-four-week Maintenance schedules repeat on the same weekday and arrival window selected for the first visit until you request a change or cancellation.
Do condos and apartments use the same pricing?
The same size-based structure applies to normal residential cleaning. Building access, parking, elevators and concierge procedures should be shared in advance so they do not create avoidable delays.
