Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is structured for vacant or nearly vacant properties where the team can reach the areas normally hidden by belongings. It builds on the Reset scope and adds empty cabinet and drawer interiors, closet shelving, exposed corners and a final vacant-property inspection.
This service works especially well for Miami condos and managed buildings because access, elevator reservations and timing can be planned before the cleaning begins. The best results come when movers are finished and the property is empty. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors and interior windows can be added when they are part of the handoff requirements.

Before we arrive
Whenever possible, schedule cleaning after belongings and moving materials are removed. Share building access, parking, elevator and key instructions in advance. Hauling, repair work, construction debris and restoration are separate services and should be arranged before the cleaning appointment.

If there is heavy buildup, post-construction dust or another unusual condition, we document it and confirm any scope or price change before additional chargeable work begins.
